Tanzania: Pre-Purchase Inspection
Situation: A client in Dodoma was importing a used SUV and wanted to verify its condition before clearing it from the port of Dar es Salaam.
Our Action: Our Mechanical Engineers conducted a detailed PPI at the port, uncovering unreported accident damage concealed by cosmetic repairs.
Result: The client was able to reject the vehicle and avoid a significant loss, sourcing an alternative unit with confidence.
Zambia: Fleet Damage Survey
Situation: A Lusaka-based logistics company’s new fleet of trucks, imported via Dar es Salaam, arrived at the Tunduma border with damage.
